The Holiday Apartment – cozy stays in the renovated farmhouse

According to lore, the old farmhouse at the Sperchenedergut is several hundred years old. Over the years, the wooden beams have not only seen a lot, but have also been through a lot. That is why we have great respect for the buildings and decided to convert the upper floor of the farmhouse into a holiday apartment. Cozy, homely, minimalist – we want to not only offer our guests a decelerating holiday, but also bring them closer to the character of this place. You won't find material luxury in our apartment; instead, its treasures lie in the simplicity of being, good conversations, and closeness to nature.

The apartment includes a kitchenette with an oven, electric stove, and refrigerator, as well as a dining table that invites you to gather. Two triple rooms offer plenty of space for families and groups of friends.

The double room is located on the renovated upper floor of the historic farmhouse. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed. 
For families: A toddler is welcome to sleep in the parents' bed, or a cot for a baby can be provided upon request.

The room features a private bathroom with a shower and towels. The garden and the terrace can be used by all guests. An optional organic breakfast can be booked.
